Kagemaru_H Posted January 8, 2010 This question stems from the fact that it's possible to use the TiMidity++ driver - which apparently supports SF2 soundfonts - with ZDoom. So, could SF2's be loaded into ZDoom using the TiMidity driver as a vessel? If so, would either program have to be reconfigured or modified? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
myk Posted January 9, 2010 I'm not sure about a driver, but ZDoom can access a TiMidity executable during runtime, to play the music. Randy Heit prepared a build of TiMidity for ZDoom on Windows. See this post on how to set it to use an SF2. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Kagemaru_H Posted January 9, 2010 I knew I had to use TiMidity as a vessel, but I didn't know there was a version compiled for ZDoom. Thanks for your help. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
