I'm sure it can be done a lot faster, but I went for the safest route I could think of.

 

The beginning is the hardest part. Infighting takes care of most things while I need to dodge and find my safe space.

 

Optionally can use the archvile to jump to the second megasphere which should make the remainder of the map a lot easier.
