There's no default screenshot key. You'll need go into Options/Key Bindings, page-down to Environment and set one.

Hey port authors, the 'Printscreen' key (SDLK_PRINT) makes a great default key for screenshots.

That key wasn't bindable in Windows until lately, and I never got around to adding it to the KEYDEFS lump yet :>
