Ledmeister Posted January 21, 2012 The ClassicDOOM Channel features video conversions of the demo files from ClassicDOOM.com (mostly puzzle solutions, no-monster walkthroughs, and some quirks or bugs in the classic PC Doom/Doom II games, plus a few vids from some game-console versions). 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Reisal Posted January 21, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/user/chrisdragon - My very own channel with mostly BrutalDoom level playthroughs, but I also have some other games in progress such as Doom 3 and Dead Space. This channel gets updated weekly to several times a week, depending if other games (IE Skyrim) don't burn away too much time in place of recording. Like The Green Herring's channel, I have a large number of videos as well, being over 200 videos to watch. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
The Green Herring Posted January 21, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/TheGreenHerring This is a YouTube channel where I post videos of speedruns on Doom WADs, the vast majority of them coming from a recording campaign targeting every level in idgames/levels/doom/. I have plans for a different set of WADs, though, but I have not completed my latest batch of demos yet. Still, though, there's an impressive archive for you to watch until then (almost 200 videos!). 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Archy Posted January 22, 2012 You already know it, but if anyone else would like to check it out: http://www.youtube.com/user/archy9752 I'm planning on sometime making another big compilation of all the DOOM 2 MAX demos and I'm hoping to ad more Deathmatch videos. All my post-2010 videos are of vanilla DOOM only unless to show an interesting bug or parallel in a source port, which I've found a few but so far, only uploaded a video of DOOM 95 with the "-timedemo" parameter while playing back Ryback's e4fa3600.lmp 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

TomoAlien Posted January 22, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/user/TomoAlien I've LP'd Doom, so that counts. I plan to make some playthroughs of some other WADS :P. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Seeker_of_Truth Posted January 22, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/user/EG22582262 http://www.youtube.com/user/KnightNamedArcher The top link has a number of play throughs I've done of various Doom PWADs. The bottom is a Let's Play channel I started up at the end of December, which starts with a Let's Play of Ultimate Doom. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
cannonball Posted January 22, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/user/cannonball1990 Meh :P Most of my speedruns end up there in the end 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Evolution Posted February 1, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/user/intercityjam3 I dump only ZDaemon videos there for now but I want to do a silly Skulltag zombie horde one, then maybe some casual glboom solo ones, or private zd survival. I'll sub you guys. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Rayziik Posted February 2, 2012 I'd have a YT channel with all my demos on it, if I had some way of actually getting them recorded in higher than 60p resolution. (/sarcasm) But really, it sucks that I can't upload good recordings of my demos because of not having a good way to record them... 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
NothingButZero Posted February 2, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/user/iriootti I make recordings of old Doom Midi's for other fans and geeks. Add them on as I have time to make them. Shameless self-solicitation here. MP3 downloads here btw :b http://soundcloud.com/nothingbutzero 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Gadbury Posted February 3, 2012 I've been enjoying watching Kikoskia's 'Let's Play' for which he has quite a few on YouTube: Ultimate Doom Doom 2 Doom 3 TNT's Evilution I hope you enjoy them! He's not a speed runner, but fairly familiar with the games and I find it quite relaxing to watch and listen to him play. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Ryback Posted February 3, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/user/rybacksda Basically just Doom demos in there. At the moment I'm doing a large bunch of 1994 pwads. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

I know what you're talking about but I just wanted to say, I love your remixes, very well done. Been listening to them for quite some time now. If it wasn't for that schmuck, I would've never heard of you in the first place. Not defending him though. Demons on the Prey is extremely well done. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

ella guro Posted August 16, 2012 does anyone do let's plays of PWAD's (or even IWADs) with commentary/notations that has info about how the maps were made, or general info about how the project came about or the authors and who they are and what they're doing now, or other info along those lines? i'd love to see something like that. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

I played through Hacx with Xaser and Nostromo once. Not that I really intended to put the videos up on youtube while recording, so the entertainment value of the commentary may vary. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
