Placable Dynamic lights in GZDOOM

I have Doombuilder2 and want to use GZDOOM's placeable dynamic lights features. How do I use GZDoom's dynamic lights? Is there a configuration file for GZDoom in Doombuilder 2?

If your installation of DoomBuilder 2 doesn't have GZDoom-specific configs, I'd suggest you download and add this set.
