I think Suspense is probably one of Robert Prince's original songs, since there's no information on possible influences on the DOOM Wiki. The Demon's Dead is probably based on After All the Dead (the intro, anyway; not sure about the other parts), although some of those riffs are common, so it can be pretty hard to tell what songs Robert Prince based some of the DOOM music on...
