DeathevokatioN Posted November 22, 2012 My fave map of each megawad... Evilution: Habitat... uhhh I mean Dead Zone (Map15) I totally disagree with Snakes about it not having good looks, I remember it being the map that I was most pleased with visually, the looks IMO come from the layout, and the gameplay/layout is perfection defined and makes this one a classic) Plutonia: Well of Souls (Map2) Awesome atmospheric level with lots of unique memorable areas, creative traps and encounters and just cool ideas in general. There are ofcourse other killer maps, I'm just a lazy asshole. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

BaronOfStuff Posted November 26, 2012 Perhaps not technically the 'best', these are my favourites right now. Evilution: System Control Human BBQ Dead Zone Last Call Plutonia: Hunted Cyberden Go 2 It NME Odyssey Of Noises 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
The Monitor Posted November 26, 2012 I have no favorites for Evilution. However, since I have beat Plutonia not 5 minutes before this post, I'd say my favorites are Hunted, Go 2 It, The Sewers, and The Odyssey of Noises. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

You would >:[ TBH, given the awkward angles that the mapper used (which is a nice touch, BTW), I can forgive most of the problems I have with the visuals. There're just some spots that kind of make me twitch a smidgen. I think Map18, for example, is a better example of how to blend gameplay and architecture is all. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
