Really id? What is the point of this when you released BFG Edition a month ago? Do you think we are fools to see that this slips by? Yes, it has Final Doom and Master Levels but that's about it.

You still can get Final Doom for $4.99 on Steam but somehow Master Levels pricing vanished for me.

The price was never there to begin with. You could never buy Master Levels on its own on Steam.

Seems like id's getting a bit overly aggressive in reminding us that "Doom 4," despite not even having released concept art, is on the way.

Big release in the works. Professional developers like to make money. Id kill two birds with one stone by stirring up interest in Doom and making a few extra dollars.

It's perhaps a little greedy, but hardly shocking news.
