Doom, I've only played shareware hexen, and I liked Doom better. But then again it was only shareware hexen.

It's mainly Doom all the way for me. However, HeXen uses the Doom engine to the absolute fullest and I like the fantasy atmosphere a little bit more than the hit-tech atmosphere of Doom.
Still, I pick Doom. No other game can reach the level of nostalgia that this game generates (for me at least).

Hexen's good, but Doom's better :-)
I like Doom more because 1)it seemingly takes place in our universe (in the future), 2) it's sci-fi, and I like sci-fi better than fantasy gothic, 3) it's got marines in it - I like marines with a modern military look to them :-)
