Five weeks after beating the first part, it is time to prepare for larger maps, higher monster counts and more fun. Map30 will be included for taking group photos and, yes, we will do the infamous map31 again.

Man, map28 with fast and random monsters was something else. :) Over 10 minutes of intense gameplay, constant action with no time to relax at all and just a great challenge. The best Doom moment I've had in a while!

There were fewer people in the session tonight, but it was nice for a change; a bit of "peaceful" and more organized gameplay compared to the usual hustle. Some of the maps turned out to be very lengthy and a bit tedious if we failed, but the end of pain rotation, especially map28, made up for it.

Add another one to the "Holy god map 28 with fast & random monsters was the best damned thing in the history of forever" crowd. That was the best roughly 40+ minutes spent trying to beat a level (and succeeding mind you after a few fails) on a pain rotation I've been in for a long damned time!
