Quakecon2001 clip, last second, (Weapon??)

Just looking through the last couple of seconds of the fire scene clip from Quakecon 2001. Right after pinky leaps out of the screen I have about one second of what looks like a monitor with a weapon (looks like some sort of rifle), life/health meters etc. Is this Doom3? or is it just gamestar flipping to another article. It looks like quakecon though?

What do you guys think?
