My objective was sub 4m15, so I was quite happy with this 4m02, even though at this point it felt that sub 4m is totally possible; but I really had to stop. This was a fun map to theory-craft from scratch. The fights are not very difficult as this map is quite large and does not follow the rule of "no more than 300 linedefs". Monster placement is not very dense, so dying is not usually a concern. That changes drastically with fast monsters. The pinkies guarding the way to the blue key are slow to kill with either the shotgun or the chaingun, and resorting to in-fighting means releasing the pinkies early and mix them with the SS. A fast but very risky strategy. The first and last rooms are the most interesting ones because of their open-ness and non-linearity; there are many different routes you can experiment with. So I'm very confident that sub 4 with fast monsters will become a reality as soon as someone else picks this map up. As for me, I'm done with map 33. It's time to start grinding the D2All!

Nice way to use co-op and squish a few more seconds out of this map. I'm curious where the Cyberdemon is...

There's the platform in front of IoS's face. It's walking left and right on that platform, which is sorta annoying... We wanted to do Max, but this trick is already not reliable enough... let alone killing another Cyberdemon.
