It's from September 2011 and titled Homonculus. I really doubt it's intended for Doom 4.

I doubt any of that is intended for DOOM. Where did anyone got the idea that it might be from DOOM, anyway? Does it say anywhere that it's from DOOM? Or is it just someone saying 'oh it reminds me of DOOM so I will spread the rumour'?

Those pictures come from portfolios of different artists. Some of them are years old. At least one guy worked on DOOM through his Art Bully company, yes. But artists are not allowed to post stuff from that game before it's revealed.

I'm 99% certain most/all of those are just random character models from portfolios, nothing more.
