The DeHackEd support aside, Alien Vendetta could be run.

 

I mean, technically all you'd have to do for PWAD support would be to merge the PWAD's lumps into the IWAD, then build using the modified IWAD.

 

Of course, you wouldn't get the right map names or intermission texts, but there's not much that can be done about that as that's EXE-level data.

The author (Jnmartin84) has been doing substantial Quality of Life improvements to this port in recent months. Notably the Framerate and Sound.
