Boom Editing tutorial (Tech Demo)?

Where can I find an in-depth tutorial on Boom Editing? I've been searching for one on and off and I can't find any video/web page(s) that specifically focuses on Boom features.

Boom comes with a file called boomref.txt that has a list of features. This file is also online at https://github.com/fragglet/mbf/blob/master/boomref.txt with MBF features included as well; I'm not sure if there's an online one that is Boom-only.
