Spatial Lacerations (2017)

CD/Digital
= https://nostrilcaverns.bandcamp.com/album/spatial-lacerations-2017

Description:
= 99 short and fast songs of tech death/black/grind

Notes:
= Written and recorded in 2016.

I started by writing the songs on guitar. I capped the song lengths at 30 seconds, but still wanted the song structures to have multiple sections, so the structures were compressed with short sections and fast tempos. After finishing a song, I would cut off bits of sections until the song was 30 seconds or less in powertab.

For drums, I wrote and recorded them at the same time. I already had all of the song structures and guitars memorized after much guitar practicing, so I would drum along to one song a few times to come up with the drum part, then practice the song a few times, then record the song, then go to the next song.

Guitars/drums recorded in a full take with no overdubs, punch-ins, or timing manipulation. No triggers or samples on the drums.

NR1 (demo song) (2017)

Digital
= https://nostrilcaverns.bandcamp.com/track/nr1-100-sections-per-song-demo-version

Description:
= One song with 100 different sections and none of them repeat

Notes:
= This is an instrumental demo version. The final version will have vocals.

This will be the 2nd song on my "100 sections per song" album (song and album titles aren't available yet). This song has 100 different sections and none of them repeat. The ambient/noise outro doesn't count towards the 100 sections.

Drums/guitars recorded in a full take with no overdubs, punch-ins, or timing manipulation. No triggers or samples used on the drums.
