That doesn't justify the unmodified content in the wad.

IMO, you should have released a PWAD that contains only new and modified stuff, and then the user could use something like deusf to merge and override everything. I know it isn't as convenient as released the complete modified iwad, but its the same thing that rom hackers do when they release their hacks
