Favourite 2010-2014 megawads?

these two are so underrated it's actually ridiculous, over 40 hours of fun

biggest wads I've ever seen and really using zdoom features creatively
very scenic as well very interesting locations and every place feels new

I idcleved through that dance.zip when it was just uploaded. Some interesting concepts indeed but most of them last for 10 minutes, while being fun only for 30 seconds or so. Impossible not to fall asleep.

I agree. The wad has some interesting ideas IMO, but it all results in something awful because 1) almost all of the maps look ugly and very unprofessional, 2) none of the gimmicks seems to be quickly winnable and instead they feel just as teasing the player (and his patience), and 3) some of the concepts aren't even comprehensible.

I forgot Reverie. That one, along with D2 Reloaded (which I consider even better), are probably my all time favourite megawads that show a certain (and sympathetic) slight vibe of amateurish-ness (as opposed to those megawads made by the community's well-experienced pro-like designers who always over-polish their works), while they still look and play awesome.
