DooM 3 PC - Crackling Sound

Hi people,
I have a problem with crackling sound in DooM 3.
When I´m only staying on the one place, the sound starts crackle, when someone talk at me, the sound crackle.
I don´t know why ?
I have EAX disabled.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Please help me :(

CPU - Intel Xeon Quad Core E5450 - 3.00 GHz
RAM - 4GB
GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GT 630 - 4GB

Anyway, what sound card are you using? Back with my old PC which didn't support OpenAL I had massive sound issues with any id tech 4 game, including Doom 3. The sound would keep looping half the time, continue normally then loop some more and it would do this non stop, even breaking certain parts in Quake 4, like the dialogue sections would actually be stuck until it finished. It's worth checking you even have OpenAL installed to begin with.
