Looking at the Final Doom CD case, I've always been curious about the inside cover picture. What is it a picture of? A film strip of what exactly

That looks like a building to me, though I don't recall ever seeing that before.

Turn it the other way up and you might be looking at a toy gun of some sort, maybe one that wasn't use as the base for an in-game weapon. Looks to me like the business end of a short barreled sub-machinegun.
