User Profile - Edit Options - (scroll to bottom) - Change Avatar - (scroll to bottom again) - Use Custom Avatar

You need a minimum of 250 posts, plus a custom avatar that doesn't exceed 64x64 pixels or 50 kilobytes, and preferably doesn't induce epileptic seizures in forum visitors.

Anyone that's a fair person is on Tom's side, most of the time Jerry was the one provoking Tom.
I always rooted for him as a kid, but most of the time Jerry won. I guess this cartoon wanted to show kids how unfair life is, haha.

I have no idea how to make transparent color in MSpaint, so I just added green screen background.

Do filltype: Replace selected color, and set fuzz to 0. I use this site to add transparency to pngs and gifs all the time.
