Marcus Pinzerowski aka the Doom movie Demon is complete.  Here's a sloppy sprite sheet, but also a test wad with a DECORATE lump that gives him some fun charging attacks and about 4x the health of a regular demon to make him a sort of early mini-boss.  He replaces zombiemen, so you can easily see him in Map01 or E1M1 or whatever. This is just a serving suggestion, you can do with him whatever you want.

I could never use blues and purples as well as you. love the hand sketches as well!

I think you should also post the credits in the forums and not just in the zip, just in case, good job tho, seeing both these chaingun iron fiend and that wheel movie pinky does make me wonder how a wheeled iron fiend would look like lol

Only 1 frame, yes, idk if I'm gonna finish it or if I quite want to finish it tho, if you are interested on finishing it yourself then go ahead, I used the Satyr (quite obvious) and for the neck I used the Baron's leg

Thank you very much! I have some super good memories of making that palette last year. Lot of fun testing out hue shifts to see what'd give doom an interesting feel. Making sprites for it has also been super fun. Speaking of:

I wasnt gonna post on this until i had more to show for it... but i hate this heretic monster.

Specifically his crotch. that cloth and belt jump all over, and barely flow.

I was gonna try and breeze through some of the cleaner lich concept i had a while back, just to find how rough that belt is to correct.
 
(Edit 3, just finished up angle 4 of the walk, and the cape is doing much better now. should balance out the gaping stomach a bit.)

The Heretic Minor Sprite Fixing Project might appreciate some of that work! Not sure if anyone's still actively working on it, but I do know it's not nearly as complete as Doom's.

 

That Lich does look really cool though. Have you gotten around to the back yet? I've wanted to take the cape off the undead warrior, but gave up because it felt less like a quick edit and more like just redrawing half the sprite at that point!

It's not done yet, but I'm launching through these images.

It honestly took me longer to get the cloth right than it did the rest of the body.

 

This guy is gonna get priority over my other project if only because I can actually use this guy in my mod. And while I like the 'hobo' lich I have made, they arent flashy enough.

 

I should also work to include the back cloth. I'll remember to keep a secondary layer just for the cloth, so other Franken guys can utilize it.
