I toyed with a similar idea a while back. Sadly I don't think GZDoom has a way to combine sprites on the fly like that, so you would have to make full sprite sets of each type and combination. Definitely still possible, there's mods like Complex or Samsara that contain an insane number of randomized enemies, but it's not really what I wanted, and a ton of work if you're not using sprites that already exist.
