Fun fact, the original sprite is actually from a Spear of Destiny expansion pack (same goes for the giant bat you may find on Realm 667). The main difference is that their black/grey fur used to be blue.

Good grief. At least lost souls are fairly big and quiet. Can you imagine Pain Elementals instead vomiting out legions of tiny Combine soldier heads, each one

talking to and being answered by Overwatch?

Beautiful work, I love this chaingunner design.
Did you edit it at a higher res? Couldn't help but notice some semi-transparent pixels around the edges.

Nope. Any stray pixels are probably left-overs from editing in the Elite Chaingunners helmet or parts of the Double Chaingunner to fit the other two.

Ah okay, I wasn't nitpicking just trying to get a feel for others' workflow. I'd def use it in a mod, if I ever release one.

While this is probably a temporary craze for me, here's a sprite of the UAC elite guard model we see in Doom 2016. I always loved the design, and found it kinda sad that most of them appear to have died while hiding.

UPDATE: Bonus Energy shield! Based on the UAC shield design from Doom Eternal.

long time no see anyone, MeltaDooms not dead but here's an upcoming

This thread is for sharing cool things, not for making requests. You also may want to pare down that list a little -- that's nearly a hundred full sprite sheets you're asking for.

This kinda reminds me of the death animation of the 3D Cyberdemon model from jDoom or Risen3D.

It's cool, but the last frame seems too tall.  Maybe if the legs slumped down some more?  I'm probably overthinking it, it's perfectly acceptable for a boss monster death, but I could see it getting annoying on those maps that make you fight four cyberdemons in the same room.  Last thing I want is the corpse of the first one I kill blocking the incoming rockets from the still-living ones!

Looks great to me man.  Monotone isn't a bad thing, your design already has a nice distinctive silhouette and good shading, so long as your levels aren't a sea of metal panels it should stand out nicely. Maybe a little light or a decal on it somewhere would help, but I'd say its looking pretty solid.

On top of that its fucking rad.  Keep doin what you're doin
