No Floor_RaiseAndCrushDist?

You could also use linked sectors and put the Floor_RaiseAndCrush[Doom] effect on a dummy sector somewhere, while your 3D floor sector is attached to it.

So if I move 3d dummy sector (that is linked crush dummy sector) via something like
FloorAndCeiling_RaiseByValue it also applies the crushing effect on 3d dummy sector?

I'm pretty sure that doesn't do what I want unless "flags" refer something else than sector flags.

Flags don't refer to sector flags. Reference of valid flags and their meanings is right there on the wiki page. Flag 16 makes the floor act like a crusher while moving.
