Heretic MD2

Michaël Ryssen has made a new third-party MD2 file available at his glHeretic site: the Disciple, by "sTuPiD fOoL". I really wonder how that guy can do that with a broken keyboard, heh. Currently there are two MD2 files for glHeretic, so there's still a lot of work left.
