Updated Phobos Tech Center

HungryMancubus.com has been updated with the news that John Cartwright have fixed the problems he was having with his site before, and he has posted a Skulltag version of Phobos Tech Center to my wads page, as well as the finished version of Unruly Evil for Boom. For those that downloaded the test version of Phobos Tech, John wants you to download the newer version as it better reflects how the project will turn out.

I love how this site crashes Windows, after giving you 2,000 script errors. You'd think these people would check their HTML to make sure it works before releasing info about it.

This site works flawelessly on my win98,
IE 5.5, NETSCAPE 4.08 pc.

But if there are some errors please tell me
so i can fix them.
