bitstate Posted June 22, 2000 Massiva is a very good freeware midi composing program that work exellent (that's how I use it anyway and i *got* a midi keyboard :o) without a midi keyboard. Massiva is at http://home.c2i.net/jaase/massiva.htm note though that some of the features (native sb32/ sblive support, and sample playback, is massiva only and not .mid compatible :o) 0 Share this post Link to post
AndrewB Posted June 22, 2000 For those interested in spending money, for about $100 US, you can download Voyetra Digital Orchesrator Pro, from voyetra.com... It's a very, very good MIDI program. You don't need a MIDI keyboard to make compositions, but it sure helps. It's the program I use.. Fanatic (maker of QDoom) uses it to make his music.. Just ask him.. Oh, and if you want good MIDI samples to go with your SBLive card, nobody beats sonicimplants.com ... They're a little pricey, but you can hear the MP3 demos, and they sound pretty nice.. Hey, sometimes it's worth it to spend a little money.. :-b 0 Share this post Link to post
