How Can I Get My Wad/Level Discovered?

I'm working on a sample level to see if any of you TC guys like my work. I'm kind of a newbie, but I know how to make a good level...I've been playing DOOM since it's release and I've played all versions, so I know what a good level is, importantly. By the way, does anyone know where a good util for level to wad production is?

You can upload it to cdrom.com or a custom page (xoom/geocities) and submit it to a reviews site, like Doomer's Recess or Team Insanity. Just beware if it comes to me, I can rip anything apart.

If I were ever to give a level a review of 10 (which I don't think I ever would) it would have to be perfect; in terms of the architecture, detail, use of special effects or new textures, storyline/plot, setting, and most importantly, mood. Full of decent surprises in each of those categories. That said, I guess if you want to translate my reviews to 'normal' reviews, add 2 points to the overall score.
