Guest Fanatic Posted August 23, 2000 I like MIDI Orchestrator Plus or Digital Orchestrator Pro. You can get it at http://www.voyetra-turtle-beach.com/site/products/mop211 . 0 Share this post Link to post
Guest Kaopectate Posted August 23, 2000 Even better....Presto MIDI...and it's totally freeware. You can find it from most sites with RPG Maker information like http://rpginifinity.rpgmaker.net or http://rpgmaker.chat.ru (it's in english, don't worry). 0 Share this post Link to post
NiGHTMARE Posted August 23, 2000 I recently, ahem, "acquired" Cakewalk Pro Audio 9. Pretty cool program, certainly better than the crappy Midisoft Studio LE that I used to use. 0 Share this post Link to post

Guest Ike the Killer Posted August 25, 2000 I've been using Cakewalk Pro 5.0 for all my MIDI stuff. Only problem is, I have the demo, so I have to save any songs I make into MP3's using my CTK-601 (which is also how I converted the Kill MP3's). However, Cakewalk is very cool. It provides a staff (or multiple track staff) where all you do is click to insert a note. I made 14 songs like that already. Which raises a question: Is there any freeware like it? 0 Share this post Link to post

Those Cakewalks are the most sadistic, impossible to use programs besides DEEP. I paid for Professional 8 and the damn thing didn't even have a manual, just a CD. Haven't played with 9 yet but I would assume it's just as big of a pain as 8. 0 Share this post Link to post
