k, i thought reol long and hard on this one everyone! no jk.. actually i thought about this a long time ago.

lots of doom haters say that "doom encourages to kill because in the game you kill people"... now, if you look at doom specifically, you really arent killing people. your actually killing DEMONS, demons = bad people, us = we should hate demons.

thats, of course, looking at it in a sort of semi-religious perspective... so in other words, we shouldnt kill demons?? whoa, me thinks that the doom haters are more satanic than the demons...

I tried this argument with my mom back when the game first came out, I tried to explain that it was kinda like doing the work of God, wasting demons and helping people out and all that. Didn't quite go over so well.
