Change Bot's skill?

When I play with Bots in Deathmatch.I can kill the Bots easily.Maybe someone will think it is good.Because they can win in the match.But when I play in Cooperative.The Bots look very retarded and I really don't know what they doing.Even not shoot the monsters.Can I change the skill or AI of them and make them cleverer?
