Different gender's skin and voice?

I mean the one in the ZDoom's "PLAYER SETUP" menu.It can change the player's gender.But can't change the skin.When I changed the gender of the player.It still a man-looking.No female or cyborg looking.And the voice was also not changed.Did anyone know where I can find the skin and voice for female and cyborg player?

those skins actually dont exist, they are for like obituaries. Like "yourname" rode Her/His/It's own rocket
