Need help with Plutonia

This is really embarassing but anyway, I'm stuck in level 2 of Plutonia and it is really pissing me off. I have been to the canyon area and activated the invisible bridge, and that's about it. I can't get the yellow key and have no idea where the red key is!!! Please help me!

Try going down the hallway that has a dead end and skulls on the side the walls. You can activate some of them using the action key. One of them lowers the floor, one of them opens a door right in the hallway etc.. Theres also some lost souls in some.
