The Book of Doom

Has anyone heard of "The Book of Doom", an electronic book by Jack Valero? If so:
a) is it any good?
b) is it available online?

After deleting my first reply (which I made faslely) I downloaded the text file and Jack Valero´s wad "JAX FOLLY" and played it before going to bed (dreamt of it):

It is really nice, well worth the download. There is a hallway with cages full of cacos at both sides which, after you enter this hallway, will start fighting each other for your viewing pleasure. Aah, try it yourself!
