Question for Doom Sites ?

i've seen alot of doom sites, but dunno how ppl make those pic on their own with some kind of art editor ,so does anyone have a good idea or editor that can create my own doom pic or doom3 guy (it has to be jpg.file )? thanks

probly paint shop pro.. its a very good program for editing existing images

Yep, PSP is my chosen art editor, but you could always try Adobe Photohop if you have the cash.

There are plenty of others, but these are the best of the lot.
