Computer utility page with Doom apperance

I found this site searching for an utility for my PC Dos 7.0 which is running on my PC emulation on my Mac. It seems to have a huge amount of utils and tutorials and it looks Doom-like.

I don't really understand the word, but heh is right. I noticed at the bottom there was a link to download Doom shareware 1.2. Hehe, who still plays 1.2 anymore? Furthermore, if I were to load it up, would there be any noticable differences in the game, or has Doom stayed relativily the same throughout its updates and bugfixes?

The bugfix list from 1.666 is HUGE! I can think of only one reason to use version 1.2. 1.2 was the last shareware version to allow the use of pwads, I think.
