HELP WITH MULTIPLAYER

Pls tell me EXACTLY (to the letter) how to play Doom II over the internet with somebody( I have someone to play with and they dont know either). What programs do i need and wot do i do with them?

Yes, I know this makes me sound like a total spaz so dont bother commenting on it!

get csdoom http://csdoom.sourceforge.net unzip as above
get zdaemon http://www.truelights.com
you CAN play with just zdoom as you have someone to play but you get more choice using csdoom/zdaemon get the IE launcher from http://nfdfn.jinr.ru/~bond/csdoom
