A few EDGE editing questions

I've been hacking EDGE DDF files like a little bitch for a while now, and even after all their tutorials and docs, I have a few questions. There was a DDF demo wad for dosdoom a while back that had a specter that used the "stealth" flag and had a palette remap to make it white, so it looked like a ghost. I've done that with EDGE before, but now ever time I make him stealth and give him a palette remap, he fucks up and has a bunch of lines going though him, and the game usually crashes. Also, is there a way to make colored lighting with EDGE? I probably have more stupid questions, but I can't think of them right now.

Well, I figured out the colored lighting part, no thanks to any of you fourms monkeys. But I'm still confused about that damn spectere. I made use that stealth flag, so he is completly translucent when he's chasing you, but becomes visible when he attacks and when you shoot him. I also palette remaped him (changed his color) to white, but if I do both of those at once, be glitches up the game! I think it was first done in a DDF demo for dosdoom, so I know it's possible, but dammit how! Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!

You may have to just make him really translucent like 20% or something, sorry. EDGE still has lots of bugs in it becasue it's in alpha testing.
BTW: how do you make colored lighting?

I stole the colored lighting from a multi floors demo they posted on the EDGE page. I used wintex to steal the little palette graphic thingy in the flats section, then stole the lump file, it was basically a bunch of stealing. That only got me lighting for water though. I don't know how I got it, but I have a wad that just has a bunch of color map Lump files in it. I think it's from boom or something. I just put those in my wad file and defined them in the color maps ddf, then make a sector that uses it. This is starting to confuse me, I hope it's understandable...
