Does anyone know of any ZDOOM scripting tutorials for Deepsea on the Internet?

Not for Deepsea, but the ZDoom site itself hosts Rick Clark's 'Technical Reference'. Lots of info there, including on scripting. You can find the link in the 'tutorials' section on Doomworld.

ZDOOM scripting is essentially HEXEN scripting (with some extensions). Please look at the HEXEN sample levels and scripts supplied with DeePsea (scripts end in .ACS and the sample WADS are HEXENTUT.WAD and SCRIPTS.WAD.

There are also 2 .DOC files with further explanations regards scripting. As noted, Rick Clark has further information on his web page.

Hopefully that will give you a start on scripting details.
