Hey, how do I compress wads into one episode\megawad with wadauthor?

You'll have to merge the wad files using something like Wintex. WA won't do that.

if you download waded there is an editor called wadcat that comes with the zip meant to merge map files and change their level numbers...very easy to use as long as you know each wads name
