Motifs question

I can't find where WadAuthor stores custom motifs for sectors/doors/stairs. After restarting the editor some of my motifs disappear :( Is this because of a limits or not? Any tips?

it's a .mtf file that would have the same name as the .wcf you are using, for example, if you are using doom2.wcf it would be doom2.mtf
