Need a Unreal texture converter

Is there anyone who knows a site that has a utlility that converts textures from Unreal to pwad format for Doom?

There is none.

You have to use Unreal's editor to extract the graphics, then do the rest by hand using whatever utility you are comfortable with (PSP for example).
