where can I get the wintex source

I know that the source code to the latest version on wintex is available but I want to know where.

What I plan to do is to recompile it with visual basic 6 and the dll with visual c++ 6, to eliminate the need to locate vbrun300.dll and also to eliminate the crashes I seem to be getting.
