Radiation is not poisoning ?

The area that i spot with radiation, but it's not poisoned. Guess i 've made mistake on that . anyone would help? apprecited !

If you want the ground for a specific sector to hurt you then
you have to select it in the properties box of that sector. The
same box that you select the floor and ceiling height etc...
