Guest Kevin Posted November 3, 2000 There are two ways to play ZDoomGL. One is use Voodoo1 or two is use Voodoo2(Maybe it has other ways I don't know). Of cause. Use Voodoo2 is better than Voodoo1. But my 3dfx card is Voodoo3 3000! How can I fit the card and the game to make the quality perfect? Please help. Thanks. 0 Share this post Link to post

Guest SteamedHams Posted November 9, 2000 i think there's some parameter u have to set (it says it in "readme", i think it's -voodoo or -3dfx) otherwise just try downloading the latest drivers for ur V3 0 Share this post Link to post
Katarhyne Posted November 9, 2000 Well, Kevin, being the resident 3dfx goddess... (BAHAHAHAHAHA ::and other miscellaneous maniacal laughter::) First, make sure you have the latest version of your 3dfx drivers. Then, simply run voodoo2.bat. It should work fine. The Voodoo3's 3d architecture is based on an upgraded version of the Voodoo2's architecture. Virtually anything that works for voodoo2s (excluding drivers, of course) will work for Voodoo3s, as well, and in some cases, for Voodoo4s and 5s. Voodoo4s are cheap. Look into an upgrade, if you can. 0 Share this post Link to post
