Tbh I've never seen any really good looking snow maps. I think it just doesn't work that well in Doom. Maybe that's why they decided to remove all snow from Sunlust.

I'll second Scythe MAP29 ("Hell on Earth") and Community Chest 4 MAP08 ("Cold Reception"). Resurgence MAP24 ("Nuclear Winter") looks pretty good too, that is if you can make it there in the first place.
