DoomBuilder - Where is the file that stores custom key commands?

Built a new PC, and tried to re enter all my custom controls for editing. I keep finding ones I forgot about/can't figure out how to reprogram.

Is this a config file stored somewhere?

Nevermind, just found it.

For others: "Builder.cfg" was stored in this folder on my computer:
C:\Users\Captain\AppData\Local\Doom Builder

I'm not sure why this file didn't show up the first time I did a search based on date modified.
