45th Parrallel Posted December 14, 2015 Hi all, I've been testing my map with chocolate doom and the map crashes it when I proceed to a certain area of the map. The crash occurs on UV but not on HMP which makes this really weird. You can download the map Here. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

scifista42 Posted December 14, 2015 Despite what you said, the crash happens regardless of difficulty setting. The engine crashes when this wall comes into the player's view. NUKEDGE1 is a multi-patch texture (consists of more than 1 patch that overlap vertically), and vanilla/Chocolate engine can't stand multi-patch textures used as middle textures on 2-sided walls - which is exactly how you've used the texture here. Solution: Raise the floor behind the texture and make it a lower texture instead of a midtexture. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
