Can Projectiles Teleport?

I am just wondering, because when I played E2M1, IDKFA'd to get the rocket launcher, and when I shot it against the teleporter, I was wondering why it couldn't the rocket teleport like a monster or the player?

Because missiles are expicitly prevented from going through teleports

You can remember Skulltag grenadelauncher. His projectiles can teleport.

So, asking to your main question - YES.
But for the original projectiles you should work with Decorate
